By downloading or using AI Storyteller ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Description of Service
AI Storyteller is an iOS application that generates personalized children's stories using artificial intelligence. The app allows users to customize story parameters including characters, themes, age range, language, and tone. Stories can be enhanced with AI-generated narration and illustrations.
Subscriptions and Purchases
The app offers in-app purchases and subscriptions that provide access to story generation credits. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the app's services or servers
- Use automated tools or bots to interact with the app
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Use the app to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or inappropriate for children
Generated Content
Stories, narrations, and illustrations are generated by AI and may vary in quality. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated content. Parents and guardians are encouraged to review generated stories before sharing them with children.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in AI Storyteller are owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Story generation depends on third-party AI services and may experience delays or temporary unavailability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
